  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full contact information.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area (e.g., Republic of the Philippines).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate user access to our website or services for repeated or severe copyright violations.
